Strewn cross the dirt
And the forest floor
Blood and bones
An evil core
Death awaits those
Far and wide
We all seek safety
But there's no where to hide.
Hark, cats of the forest! An infected dog has escaped from it's two-leg's nest. With what you may ask? With none other the rabies! None of the clans know what it is or what is going on, all they know is that it's a monster that kills. It savagely tears cats apart... if they're lucky. Other times a cat will escape with its life, only be infected with the same monsterous disease as the dogs. And they won't even know they have it until it is too late. It slowly destroys a cat from the inside out, and it's only symptom is the foaming that begins at the mouth. And once that starts, there is no hope.
Cat's are bitten, turning on their clan, their friends and family. Even a mother may turn on her kits if bitten. Prey and predator are being diagnosed and killed. Cat's loose their minds and will eventually end up dead theirselves. Nothing is safe. Everything's in chaos, every clan, every one is affected.
All StarClan can do is watch helplessly. For they know that there is only one remedy for this epidemic, and it lies beyond the mountains...
But if the cats are to make this perilous journey, there can be no time for descrimination. Seven cats will be chosen: a ThunderClanner, a RiverClanner, a WindClanner, a ShadowClanner, a BloodClanner, a Loner, and a Rogue. And those seven, whether their allegience be good or evil, must find a compromise if anyone is to survive. Trust is delicate, but it must be done if the forest is to survive. These cats must learn to get alone, or it's the end for us all.
